At least 522 people have been killed by Cyclone Freddie, which has been battering Southeast Africa for a month.
Floods and landslides caused by the cyclone killed 438 people in Malawi, 67 in Mozambique and 17 in Madagascar.
According to UN data, 500,000 people were affected by the disaster. 345,000 people are internally displaced in Malawi, the worst affected country.
IDPs seek shelter in makeshift camps, and some areas are inaccessible due to damaged roads.
The World Meteorological Organization has announced that Freddie, which lasted more than a month, could be the longest hurricane on record.
