The fan traveled to follow Alvinegro’s match against Cesar Vallejo
Several fans traveled to Peru to accompany Botafogo in the match against Cesar Vallejo this Thursday in the Copa Sudamericana. One of them, the influencer Daniel Braune, was surprised on a beach in the city of Trujillo. The alvinegro reported the incident on social media.
– “Brother”, take a look at the beach. This is a war scene here (laughs). Way, manner. I’ll get some ice right there. It’s crazy! All right, po. A small foot in the Pacific. And that. Play the Botafogo – joked the influencer.
Braune showed off a photo of the venue on social media. With lots of trash in the sand, the beach is a far cry from what the influencer is used to in Rio de Janeiro. Trujillo is the third most populous city in Peru, with just over 820,000 inhabitants and is located 550 kilometers from the capital Lima.
On the field, Botafogo beat Cesar Vallejo, 3 to 2. Alvinegro opened 3 to 0 in the first half, lost production in the second phase and almost took the equalizer in the end. With the victory, Luis Castro’s team leads Group A, with eight points, overtaking LDU in the play-off criteria.
