  • 300 g of puff pastry
  • 1 teacup of whole milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 1 1/4 cup of tea sugar
  • 3/4 of a tea cup of water
  • Peel of 1 lemon
  • 3 cinnamon sticks to taste

Method of preparation


Put the water, sugar, lemon zest and cinnamon sticks in a saucepan and bring to the boil over medium heat, without stirring. Cook for 2 minutes, turn off the heat and set aside. In another pan, put the wheat flour and milk and stir until all the flour is dissolved. Then bring to low heat until it comes to a boil. Cook for 2 minutes and wait for the syrup to cool.

Remove the lemon zest and cinnamon stick from the syrup. Gradually add the syrup to the reserved cream, stirring constantly. Add the egg yolks and mix until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. With the help of a sieve, filter the mixture and transfer it into a jug. Reserve.


On a smooth surface, unfold the puff pastry, roll it into a roll and cut it into 12 equal parts. Place each piece on molds a cupcakes, wet your fingers and open the dough filling the whole shape. Distribute the reserved cream on the molds and bake in a preheated oven at 260ΒΊC for 12 minutes. Expect to chill, draw and serve after.

Method of preparation

In a planetary mixer, put the egg yolks and sugar and beat until creamy. Reserve. In a container put the milk, the Lemon and cinnamon and bring to a boil over medium heat. Turn off the heat, remove the cinnamon stick and add the wheat flour. Mix well until all the flour has dissolved.

Add the reserved cream and mix well. Bring to a boil over medium heat until the mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Whip the egg whites until stiff, add them to the previous mixture and wait for them to cool. Grease a pan with butter, pour the mixture over it, sprinkle with ground cinnamon and cook in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden brown. Serve immediately.

  • 400g of cookie like corn starch
  • 200 g of cocoa powder
  • 340 g of condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons of butter

Method of preparation

Put the butter in a bowl and heat it over medium heat until it melts. Add the cocoa powder and condensed milk and stir until it starts to pull away from the pan. Turn off the heat and set aside. Break the biscuit into pieces and add to the reserved mixture. Then divide the chocolate into two parts and place on plastic wrap. Shape into a salami shape and put in the freezer for 2 hours. Serve immediately.
