Chocolate cake with meringue

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of milk (use empty condensed milk can to measure)
  • 4 teaspoons of corn starch
  • 4 eggs (whites and yolks separated)
  • 10 Sonho de Valsa® sweets
  • 1 cup cocoa powder (powdered)
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
  • 5 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 can of whey-free cream

Method of preparation:

  1. In the blender, beat the condensed milk, the can of milk, the cornstarch and the sifted yolks
  2. Pour into a skillet and bring to medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  3. Place in a medium refractory, cut the bonbons in half, place them on top of the cream and set aside.
  4. Meanwhile, in a pan, take the chocolate powder and milk over medium heat until you get a thick syrup.
  5. Then spread on the bonbons.
  6. In a planetary mixer, whip the egg whites, add the sugar and whip the cream.
  7. Spread over the cake and refrigerate until ready to serve.
