Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 600 g of diced chicken breast
- 1 onion in petals
- 1 thinly sliced carrot
- 1/2 diced red pepper
- 1/2 diced yellow pepper
- 2 cups (tea) of broccoli bunches
- 1 cup soy sauce (shoyu)
- 1 tablespoon of corn starch
- 1/2 cup (tea) of water
- 1/2 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- Salt and chopped parsley to taste
- Chopped chives for dusting
modthe preparation:
- Heat a pan with oil over high heat and fry the chicken for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Add the onion, carrot, peppers, broccoli and saute for 5 minutes or until vegetables are al dente.
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, cornstarch and water until dissolved
- Pour into the stew, add the button mushrooms, green smelt and saute for 3 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring
- Season with salt, sprinkle with chives and then serve in the same pan.
Diced chicken with bell pepper

Ingredients:
- 1 kg of diced chicken breast
- Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 1/2 diced yellow pepper
- 1/2 diced red pepper
- 1/2 cup hot water (tea)
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (coffee)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce (tea)
Method of preparation:
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil over high heat in a pan and brown the chicken.
- Change the heat to medium and add the onion and garlic.
- Saute for 3 minutes.
- Add the peppers and saute for another 2 minutes.
- Add the water and cook for 5 minutes, over low heat, with the pan covered.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in the soy sauce and add to the stew, stirring until thickened slightly.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
Chicken cubes with gorgonzola sauce

Ingredients:
- 700 g of diced chicken breast
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 2 tablespoons of sliced chives
- Greek rice or sliced French bread to accompany
Sauce
- 1/3 cup of crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tablespoon of grated parmesan
- 1 box of cream (200g)
Method of preparation:
- For the sauce, mix the Gorgonzola, Parmesan and cream with a fork until smooth.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large large skillet with the oil over high heat and fry the chicken cubes, stirring, until browned.
- Drain on paper towels and set aside.
- In a skillet, over medium heat, heat the sauce slightly.
- Place the chicken on a plate and drizzle with the sauce.
- Sprinkle with chives and serve with Greek rice or slices of French bread.

Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of margarine
- 1.2 kg boneless chicken thighs, diced
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/2 cup ketchup (tea)
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 cube of chicken stock
- 6 tablespoons of water
- 1 jar of cream
- Salt, black pepper and grated nutmeg to taste
Method of preparation:
- Heat a pan with margarine over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown.
- Add the onion, garlic and saute for 3 minutes.
- Add the ketchup, mushrooms, chicken broth, water and saute for 3 minutes.
- Mix the cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg and cook for 5 minutes.
- Turn off and, if desired, serve with white rice and straw potatoes.
Chicken gravy pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 package of fettuccine (500g)
- Olive oil for dressing
- Grated Parmesan for dusting
Sauce
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 diced chicken breasts
- 2 packets of chicken broth powder
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 chopped seedless tomato
- 2 cups cooked and chopped broccoli
- 1 1/2 cups cream cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
- Cook the macaroni according to package directions
- Drain, drizzle with the olive oil, and reserve 1/2 cup (tea) of the cooking water
- In a skillet heat the oil over medium heat and brown the chicken seasoned with the chicken stock for 5 minutes
- Add the onion, garlic and saute for 4 minutes. Add the tomato and sauté for another 2 minutes
- Add the broccoli and the reserved cooking water
- As soon as it starts boiling, turn off the heat.
- Add the cream cheese and stir until completely dissolved
- Season with salt and pepper
- Mix with reserved macaroni, transfer to refractory, sprinkle with Parmesan and serve after.
