Ingredients:

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of gruyere
  • 150 g of grated gruyere

Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • Salt and nutmeg to taste
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 1/3 cup cream (milk)

Method of preparation:

  1. For the sauce, place the butter in a skillet and melt it over medium heat;
  2. Add the flour and fry until it turns yellow;
  3. Add the milk, a little at a time, stirring constantly, until it thickens;
  4. Season with salt and nutmeg and turn off the heat;
  5. Mix with the milk cream and reserve.
  6. Toast the slices of bread in a non-stick pan over high heat and set aside;
  7. To assemble, place a slice of bread, sprinkle with a spoonful of béchamel and place a slice of ham and a slice of gruyere;
  8. Finish with another slice of bread, a spoonful of béchamel and sprinkle with grated gruyere;
  9. Put it in a shape, side by side;
  10. Place in a medium oven, preheated, for 15 minutes or until browned.

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • salt to taste
  • White pepper to taste
  • grated parmesan to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Separate the egg whites from the yolks
  2. Be very careful that the gems do not burst.
  3. Then whip the egg whites and season them with a pinch of salt.
  4. Blend until you get a compact consistency.
  5. Line a refractory or mold with baking paper, or grease it with olive oil, or

Filling

  • 300 g of minced ham
  • 1 cup of catupiry® type curd

Method of preparation:

  1. For the filling, mix the ham, cream cheese, tomato, oregano in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry according to package directions and cut into triangles.

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 and 1/2 cups warm milk
  • 1/3 cup melted unsalted butter (not margarine)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 10 drops vanilla essence or 1/2 vanilla pod

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix flour and sugar.
  2. Shortly after, add the salt and mix again.
  3. Finally add the yeast. By the way, don’t let the salt come into direct contact with the yeast, as this interferes with the function of the yeast in the recipe.
